A plain-language summary of how Go Douro Valley handles data and external services.
Information you provide
When you use the contact form, the details you enter are used only to prepare your message and reply to your enquiry. Do not include payment details or sensitive information.
Analytics
DataFast runs in cookieless mode to measure aggregated page visits and outbound-link clicks. Talivia measures visits only if you choose Allow analytics. It uses a visitor cookie that can last up to one year and a session cookie that can last up to 30 minutes. You can decline Talivia and still use the site.
Third parties and retention
External booking links take you to third-party services with their own privacy terms. Go Douro Valley does not receive booking payment details from those providers. Technical logs may be retained by the hosting provider for security and reliability.
